I teach students Apt Deal Investing, I use Multi-Family Millions as a guidebook, what other sources are Good?

Our Investment Group is seeking out other good sources of info that have been very useful, Which Associations, Groups, Books, magazines, R.E. Reports, Etc., have others found to spur their groups to action?

I think nearly everyone is going to recommend anything CCIM related in regards to associations. For publications check out Integra's "IRR-VIEWPOINT". You might want to also check out Commercial Invest Real Estate Magazine published by CCIM quarterly. Not as detailed as IRR-Viewpoint but gives a good overall description of markets in different areas.
