I see the term "Industrial Gross" for lease type. What does "Industrial Gross" mean?

Gross lease: The tenant pays a set amount of rent and the landlord is responsible for payment of taxes, insurance and other costs associated with owning the property. However, the tenant may be responsible for utilities and janitorial. Check the specific agreement with your buyer agent to be sure
