I own a commercial property zoned c4 in Indianapolis, IN.. How much of a commission should I expect to pay?

Real estate broker commissions are negotiable between the client and the agent. Commissions vary depending on the level of service offered and the price of the property. The listing broker typically shares their commission with the selling broker. 6% is probably a good budgetary number to start with.
