I need a non-compete agreement.

Selling a business and need a standard non-compete agreement for discussion with Seller and Buyer.

You're asking for a legal document and whomever were to give it to you would be practicing law without a license unless they're a lawyer. Non-compete clauses are unenforceable in many states. Spend the few hundred bucks an attorney would charge to advise you.
