I'm last tenant.rent stab bld. NYC. w/ me out. Prop.value 20mi. Howmuch should I expect forfiet stabizatin?

Landlord tenant buyout /last stabilized tenant remaining , NYC, property to be developed parking garage and two luxury condo towers . How much should one expect to forfiet stabilization and relocate? Considering by doing so the developers property value increase by 20 to 100 million dollers . And as a stabilized tenent , legally I do not have to move . What if I would rather purchase and save ,restore recreate the beauty and grander of the old history of what should be a landmark building with a pleathera a of history dating back to the turn of the century . Thus and restore it back to its organic 1900s look right down to every last detail. Molding , hinges, door knobs, facia. Complete renovation restoration? and save 60 stabilized units in a fastly extinction of extermination of fair market housing prices that will soon no longer exist , who ther then our history books? Suggestions ?
