I have two LLC's, can they sell to each other even though I am a member of each.

yes but watch the tax man he will make you ,more seperate than you like particularly even if arms length.

If you have passive, investor members of either of your LLCs be sure to fully disclose the sale and purchase to these members and gain written permission according to the terms of your LLC Operating Agreement.
