I have 25000 sq warehouse in LA, CA, Some one wants to lease this for marijuana growing. Is there problem ?

A broker suggested my place to lease for Marijuana related business place, my place is LAMR2 zonning, I wonder if any problem for this matter in Los Angeles.

No. Regardless of local laws the federal government has not signed off on any legalization, including medical. If anything, dispensaries are the domain of local governemnts, but someone actually GROWING marijuana creates an issue with the DEA. DEA has serious forfeiture powers when it comes to the real estate/warehouse. That is YOUR problem. Selling in a clinic of sorts is one thing, but growing it in the middle of LA? Please look into this diligently.
