Just a word of caution. I have been doing commercial since 2003. I did a spin off commercial group for a company in the east valley. I advertised to hire "commercial agents". I got a lot of responses from people saying they were commercial agents. I gave them a simple test. 90% of them failed. When finding a mentor, talk to their broker also to see if they truly know commercial. If they're working for a company that is 99% residential, then they may not be qualified. A lot of people operate outside of their expertise.
