I am looking for a software to spot listing property & surrounding businesses on map with their logos?

I have seen marketing packages of commercial brokers where they have subject property pointed and shown the surrounding businesses with their logos, like, Walmart, Subway, McDonald's etc. Is there any mapping software out there which does labeling on the surrounding businesses/properties?

Most brokers that deal with retail and properties that require a lot of support center and area mapping have the logos of most national brands they have aquired through the years and by working on various projects. Mapping like that Is typically done on a customized basis and the broker, their assistant or their marketing / research department creates a customized map that includes Logos. There are also many programs avaialble to Commerical Brokers to make the mapping process better through the CCIM Institute, CoStar etc.

Feroz,
We do these in-house and use several sources to create this type of package. The aerial is generated using Google Earth or Bing Maps. We then identify retailer locations via company websites and market surveys. The finished product is created using MS Publisher and converted to PDF. Here is a sample (http://www.crossroads-companies.com/pdf/Ramsey%20-%20Route%2017%20Corridor.pdf).
