I am interested in exchanging up mixed use property for a comp. property any ideas

owe a mixed use property mostly residential with 2 commercial tenants - full leased except for two car garage total of 9units, market value of $1,000,,000 - $1,500,000 I've owed since Nov. 2000 would like to exchange for comp. property willing to partner as needed to make things happen.

First and foremost where is your mix-use property located and where do you want to acquire property? What is the lease situation on your mix-use?

Hi Bob.. the best case scenario would be to exchange it for something with same value or higher. When are you looking to sell and if you are doing an exchange what is your time frame and where are the properties located at.
