I am interested in buying an apartment complex. how do I come up with the downpayment besides asking family.

basicly what are ways to come up with a downpayment if you do not have it. Besides asking someone, I don't know anyone with money. would a seller 2nd work on a apartment building?

Pick up a copy of David Lindahl's Multi-Family MILLIONS. Great resource book.

You don't need a downpayment. There are places to get 100% financing with great rates and very low fees. Try www.commercialfinanceconsultants.com

http://www.commercialfinanceconsultants.com/ says 10% liquid funds into the deal
