Hi Frankie. Tell me a little about yourself, where you are located and what you are looking to accomplish within the Commercial Real Estate industry? Just as there are many different variables in residential real estate, there are many variables in commercial real estate. Are you interested in Commercial Leasing or Development or Acquisition or Brokering?

Here what I can say, Invest in knowledge every penny you spend it will pay you back peace of mind, doing the right thing, protecting your client and a great investment in your career.
Commercial is very wide field so specialized one and only one area it pays off to be expert in one area.
Here follow these steps.
1- Get in a real commercial brokerage.
2- Join specialized industry organization
3- Get all classes you can get with this organization and CCIM.
Then apply these knowledge.
Good luck.
