How would you go about promoting and renting out shared office space (www.fiberhigh.com) in Palo Alto, CA?

At Fiber High (www.fiberhigh.com) we plan to bundle 40 Megabits per second speed internet service with each cubicle and to charge extra for collocation of servers. Is this the best way to go about it? Would it be better to bundle the VoIP service with the base rent and separate out the Internet?

You can direct market to complementary buisnesses. Just call them directly and ask if they are thinking about downsizing as many companies are right now. You should also list it through smaller publications and websites and like craiglist (careful looking for that because many porn sites have a similar name). Just bundle the services to keep it easy but put up alot of firewalls so you dont have someone who introduces a virus, spyware, or clogs the bandwidth with streaming.
