How does a new Co attract owners since there no statistics available?

Obtaining clients in any field is very similar. You have to have several important qualities:
1. Experience. 2. A good story. 3. Ability to identify prospects through much contact.
4. The skill to promote questions, not just state how good you are. 5. The ability to answer questions that are posed, briefly, clearly and with benefit to the prospect.
6. Knowledge on how to prepare a good bid. 7. Knowing how to price your service for the levels of difficulty (or ease). Finally being able to overcome any objections the prospect may have and setting a date to start the contact!
After this process it then becomes a matter of performing. Always remember the best customer is the one you already have. It takes a lot of work to gain a client, it also takes a lot of work to keep a client The way to growth in the service business is continuing to please, as every new management account that turns into an "old management account" lends to new accounts in a way that is better than any verbal story in the world.

Doing a great job for current clients and asking them to refer you works quite well!

There is a reason people are dissatisfied with the mismanagement company they hired. They are there solely for the commission/management fee and put their interests in front of yours. Being a company that listens to and reacts responsively to client needs is one of the best ways to get new clients. Word of mouth advertising from satisfied clients will help out also. Ask for the referrals from a happy client!
