How do you track and manage your clients/leads/prospects?

Is there a specific process or software solution that you like to use? I find that spending a lot of time doing things like tracking in excel, setting reminders in outlook etc. is just inefficient. Thoughts?

We use Salesforce. We added apps related to commercial real estate such as rethink that helps make the CRM applicable to our industry. hope that helps!

It depends on if you just want general CRE/database or specific, comprehensive.
there are many products out there, over 50.
simply like sage.ACT.com or "top Producer" goldmine

want to create your own? check out filemaker.com Microsoft also has a database product as well you may be able to buy TEMPLATES that are specific to your needs.
