How do I move my commercial deals?

I have two commercial properties that I am looking to sell. How do I find some serious buyers for these properties?

I dont want your listing, so rest assured my advice is unbiased. Offer great commission incentives and bonuses to buyer brokers, got to industry events (ULI,ICSC,NAIR) find brokers with large databases of buyers, if you talk to buyers directly they will see you as desperate and haggle down the price more than they would if you were being represented by a reputable broker.
