How difficult is it to obtain commercial REO listings from banks?

It seems like most of the transactions occuring in the commercial real estate market are REO or Deed in Lieu of Forclosres. How can, as a commercial agent, better capture this segment of the market?

go to each banks website and try and download their REO lists is a good start. youll see mostly residential listings but usually the person that handles this will know how to get into the commercial listings as well.
