How can i find a default list for commercial real estate in South Florida?

Do you mean a list of commercial properties that are in default? That's a very good question as I didn't think there was one but RealtyTrac.com has an option of searching preforeclosure commercial properties and there are probably some other ones too. I occasionally use county public records websites to search for liens recorded on certain properties in the area. The best way to access these are direct relationships with banks, call up banks in your area and try to get through to their REO departments although this is a quiet difficult and time consuming task.
