Each mall typically has a website - if you go on their site you should find a "Leasing Info" tab or link somewhere on the homepage - often at the bottom of the page. In your market, it looks like Simon Properties and Steadfast Companies own malls - you can also go to their site directly to get leasing info. That said, BEFORE you make the call, you may want to talk/work with a local commercial real estate agent that specializes in RETAIL real estate - otherwise you will not know what business terms/deal points to negotiate effectively. Good luck with your search.

To add to Damon's comment, remember that ALL leases are negotiable. Just because the mall is asking for a certain amount for rent or a certain percentage of your sales volume doesn't mean you have to say ok. Everywhere is different, but in my area the mall will pay commission to the agent you're working with. If you don't know anyone to work with, go to the CCIM page (link below), put the market area and put "RETAIL" under Specializations/Property Type.
