How can I find level of capacity in town when looking to purchase hotel

I am trying to establish how much capacity is in town to either build a new hotel or purchase existing one that will have a future to grow. Where I can find information regarding number of corporate business or workers in certain town/area

Franchise companies will complete a STARR report on a trade area to detemine occupancy and absorption rates. Email me and I can steer you in the correct direction

Walk yourself to City's Chamber of Commerce, and sales tax offices to start. The city's library and learn a bit on how the town become a town what drives it where was it fifteen years, what is their strenght.
