By a quitclaim deed. Consulting your attorney first is recommended.

Do not make the avoidance of obligations your primary reason for transferring property. Consult an experienced corporate attorney together with a good CPA before you do anything. Court are allowing the piercing of the corporate, LLC vail if ther is any indication that your motivation was to avoid payment of debts. Remember this is a layman's opinion based only on my personal experience and is not legal advice.
