The two end caps and the suite at the "L" corner are considered by many to be the most desirable locations for a retail business in this type of center. The location at the "L" may depend on how many vacancies you have on each side of the specific location.

I am familiar with this shopping center. Contact Brandolini Companies for the leasing info. What type of retail store are you looking to open in this location? It is a hard corner but does have a solid Grocery store as the anchor.
