Does anyone know how to start a syndicaton

I would like to start a syndicate to purchase "nnn" absolute properties but have contacted many attorneys with no results. Is there anyone out there who is willing to steer me in the right direction or has an attorney that is knowlegable in this field. Thank you for any response in this matter, it is greatly appreciated.

To do a syndication, and solicit third party investors, you have to comply with securities laws or qualify for an exemption. This generally requires a private placement memorandum -- the legal translation of the business plan and its risks. The biggest stumbling block faced by those who want to do this is the price for doing things right. jkoresko@koreskolaw.com
