Does any one know the Market Condition in Polk County, Fl on Commercial Property?

I have my Property Listed on Loopnet, Any advice on what more I can Do?
I am not A Broker, Agent, or Investor.

If you just have your property on one site you are not really marketing it. You need to give it to an agent who will actively market it to end users and who has like properties that they are already presenting to buyers. The biggest problem of no buyer interest is that the property is not priced correctly. Polk county prices are falling rapidly. You need to be realistic as to what it is worth not what you want to sell it for. Harsh, but market is always the determining factor of worth. E-mail me if you want to discuss this further.
