Do I owe back sales tax for cam fees on an office I rented?

I rented from the owner of a condo office unit. I paid him 1065.00 which included the 6.5% sales tax. I paid directly to the Condo Association the $140/ a unit cam for total of $280 a month for their fee. I did not ever read from the association if they filed sales tax because its set up as a "non profit" business. I'm having a sales tax audit and its stating I owe back tax on those. If that's true would it be the associations liability or the actual condo owner to collect and pay those?
