Cell tower lease rates

What is current market for cell tower lease rates. I know they are down from the $1,500+ from a few years ago but is $900 a fair rate?

This will all depend upon coverage; availability of alternate sites; whether this is a shared tower, and also your general location. In the northeast (NY/NJ) our base rates have been $2,000 - $3,500/mo. minimum for a while. I also don't agree that they are down from a few years ago. There's more cell traffic and charges than ever.
$900 per month seems like a VERY fair rate.

Hey just give a call at 858-202-5471, rates very depending on location and what company it is and terms. If you have a lease I have huge cash payout's for the lease reaching 6 figures sometimes. Rick is my name.
P.S. Our pay-out's are at a historic HIGH with rates so low we pay more, so hurry and capitalize.
