Can an owner of commercial property sell their own property in Pennsylvania?

Owner has a commercial office building in Pennsylvania to sell.

Yes, why not. It's your property. Anyone other than the owner needs to be licensed in real estate in Pennsylvania.

Correct ... it's your property, you can do with it as you please. If there is more behind your question then check with the local real estate licensing board and see if they have any additional insight.

You bet, but honestly it's usually well worth the expense to bring in a professional. Most owners have no idea how much work is involved behind the scenes to see a property through to close.
