At what cap rate does a property leased to Cash America with ten years left on the lease sell?

depends if the lease is gross,triple net or modified.I f triple net I think between 8 and 9,8 percent.

There are a few factors to consider. Location, age of the building, strength of the tenant, lease type and current rent to market rent will all play a part in its final valuation. If this is who you are talking about (http://www.cashamerica.com/) depending on the factors I would guess 8.5 up to 9.5 in my opinion. Will probably be similar to Dollar General.
