Actually there are some good properties and their return on investment can be very
good. It's how the purchase is structured and what you do with the cashflow that can
generate a strong return amidst ever-changing financial climates. Call if you want to get more specific. 866-279-1077 Greg

At this moment I would say eturn on investment will highly depend on the cost of acquisition. Why? because for an investor with cash, good credit and tract record, opporutnities are beginning to show up more due to loans maturing and other loans defaulting.
One would analyzie the income versus the acquisiton cost, demand, and of course as always, good location. Locations that are in transition of improving. Knowin where the city's up stream is is very important. Good luck. BB BG BH
