Any commision to pay for the list or sale of the property ?

Most of the seller deals I've seen, the commission is paid on the sale, not the listing. There may be some advertising expenses that are passed on to you, but not a pre-sale commission. I'd also check the fine print for the duration of the commission--many agreements are written to pay a commission on a sale long after the listing term (as long as a year).

It all depends on what is negotiated up front. If the listing is put up by a broker/agent, then likely there is a listing and most likely a buyer side commission available as well. Hope this answers it!
