A client is looking to sell two businesses (out of 5) and the building. Should I bundle them?

I am worried that if I bundle the businesses with the building it may alienate potential investors that are not interested in running a business. The businesses and the building all have solid cash flows.

List both separately and include a link to the other listing noting that owner is willing to sell both together.
